• Hi! Right now I have an idle broker account with kontofx. This happened because of technical issue as i was trying to join the calloway software. Now kontofx is so mean and sökes not want to refund my €250.
    I have provided all Documents and have been verified. I have requested for withdrawal the 12th of september
    I have not taken any bonus. I need your help to put pressure on Themsen to release my money. Thanks.

    • Thank you for your comment. If your documents have been verified and you have not taken any bonus then technically they should be able to release your funds without any hassle. If however they continue to persist then you could potentially speak to your credit card company and see if it is possible to carry out a reverse charge. They also have a live chat facility on their website which might be helpful
